We are seeking to hire an Application Specialist to join our team in Asia Sales in Alpha Omega headquarters in Tziporit.

Application Specialist is the entry level position at Alpha Omega Japan.

The Application Specialist’s primary responsibility is maintaining customer and distributor satisfaction by providing clinical surgery support, neuroscience support, performing routine inspections on Alpha Omega equipment, and proactively addressing any customer needs. Success in this role is driven by the employee’s ability to handle case support, solve technical issues, and keep accurate records independently without constant supervision. This role reports to the Clinical and Research Product Development Manager and may be asked to perform other tasks to reach revenue quotas or maintain customer satisfaction as the Clinical and Research Product Development Manager deems necessary.

Responsibilities and duties
• Perform Clinical case support
• Perform installation and training at customer site (clinical and research)
• Assist in demos
• Perform equipment preventative maintenance
• Achieve regional support revenue quota
• Assist in achieving regional revenue targets

Competencies / skills
• Operate all Alpha Omega equipment
• Provide Clinical case support without supervision
• Able to trouble shoot defective modules
• Perform installation and training on Alpha Omega equipment at customer sites
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Effectively use Alpha Omega tools such as ZOHO

Formal qualifications
• Bachelors or higher degree in Neuroscience, Biomedical Engineering or Life Sciences
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to stand for long hours in the operating room
• Ability to travel
• High level of English- a must
