Responsibilities 

• Provide Clinical case support without supervision
• Perform basic technical troubleshooting to Neuro Omega system
• Document and report surgery forms and data to ticketing system
• Operate Alpha Omega Navigation tools
• Follow-up on RMA repair process E2E flow

Authorities

• Open tickets and complaints in Zoho
• Troubleshoot systems inside the OR

Qualifications

• Bachelors’ student in Neuroscience, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Life Sciences at least one year of study remaining
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to stand for long hours in the operating room
• Ability to reach hospitals independently
• English High level.  Other languages- advantage
