Application Specialist is the entry level position at Alpha Omega. The Application Specialist’s primary responsibility is maintaining customer and distributor satisfaction and to assist in implementing Alpha Omega technology into their practice by providing clinical surgery support, neuroscience support, performing routine inspections on Alpha Omega equipment, and proactively addressing any customer needs. Success in this role is driven by the employee’s ability to handle case support, solve technical issues, and keep accurate records independently without constant supervision. This role reports to the Marketing manager and may be asked to perform other tasks to reach revenue quotas or maintain customer satisfaction as the Clinical and Research Product Development Manager deems necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Perform Clinical case support
  • Perform installation and training at customer site (clinical and research)
  • Assist in demos
  • Perform equipment preventative maintenance
  • Achieve regional support revenue quota
  • Assist in achieving regional revenue targets

Qualifications

  • student of Bachelors or higher degree in Neuroscience, Biomedical Engineering or Life Sciences
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and stand for long hours in the operating room
  • Ability to travel
  • High level of English- a must
