Job Description
- Assist in the recruiting activity according to AO Recruiting procedures, job fairs and responsible on having organized data base for candidates
- Assist in performing employee welfare activities as approved in the budget including attendance to any employee request concerning benefits or any other matter
- Assist in organizing generic companywide trainings
- Work according to AO values to fulfill AO mission and vision
- Ensure compliance of the employees with the working hour registration system
Requirements
- Student of bachelor’s degree in human resources or related
- Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality
- Must possess strong interpersonal and problem solving and communication skills
- Must be able to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner, and skillfully gather and analyze information
- Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently
- Data orientation and ability to use SW and Data to improve HR functions
- English- high level
