Job Description

  • Assist in the recruiting activity according to AO Recruiting procedures, job fairs and responsible on having organized data base for candidates
  • Assist in performing employee welfare activities as approved in the budget including attendance to any employee request concerning benefits or any other matter
  • Assist in organizing generic companywide trainings
  • Work according to AO values to fulfill AO mission and vision
  • Ensure compliance of the employees with the working hour registration system

Requirements

  • Student of bachelor’s degree in human resources or related
  • Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality
  • Must possess strong interpersonal and problem solving and communication skills
  • Must be able to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner, and skillfully gather and analyze information
  • Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently
  • Data orientation and ability to use SW and Data to improve HR functions
  • English- high level
