Digital Marketing Specialist


Alpha Omega “AO” is a medical device company and a leading manufacturer of Microelectrode Recording equipment for Neurosurgery and Neuroscience research. AO customers include world-renowned Neurosurgeons and Neuroscientists.

We are looking for a talented digital marketing specialist to work at our office in Ziporit and become an integral part of our team as we seek to achieve our company mission.

What will you do?

  • Plan and manage creative growth strategies through digital marketing channels to generate leads and online sales
  • Owner of the websites, generate web traffic by identifying the best opportunities to advance business goals
  • Create and manage Alpha Omega Neuroscience Digital Platform
  • Plan cross channel campaigns aligning with regional and corporate teams to generate and enhance engagement on social media and website
  • Utilize strong analytical and mapping abilities to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Manage projects involving external vendors.
  • Identify critical conversion points and drop-off points to optimize user funnels

Who are you?

  • A person who lives and breathes digital marketing and social media
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • Strong self-motivator, while developing exceptional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Able to devise and manage budgets

What do you know?

  • 5+ years of proven B2B experience in digital marketing.
  • Bachler Degree in Business, Marketing, Technology or relevant to field of study
  • Excellent English. Native speakers - strong advantage
  • Experience working with marketing automation tools, analytical tools, content management systems, and customer relationship management systems
  • Demonstrable background leading and managing social media channels
  • Experience in online sales and community management
  • Experience with UX/UI - advantage
