Imad Younis founded Alpha Omega in 1993. He led Alpha Omega to be a worldwide technology leader in the fields of neuroscience and functional neurosurgery.

Before founding Alpha Omega, Imad held several R&D positions at medical device companies, and at the Technion School of medicine at Haifa, Israel.

Imad holds B.Sc in Electrical Engineering from Technion Institute of Technology, Israel.

Founded Alpha Omega in 1993 together with Mr. Imad Younis.

Reem invests most of her time serving as a board or committee member in several NGOs that promote the 3 E’s  – Education, Employment & Entrepreneurship mainly in the Arab community.

In 1994, Reem co-founded Alpha-Cad, a company that specializes in supplying complete CAD solutions for the construction sector, the company was acquired in 2003.

Reem holds a B.Sc. Degree in civil engineering from Technion Institute of Technology, Israel.

Ajwad has joined Alpha Omega since its early years in 1993 and has held various field and management positions in R&D, QA, customer support, and production.  Ajwad played a major role in releasing the first products to market and established the manufacturing facility. In 2017, he was appointed as Alpha Omega’s COO leading the company’s operations.

Ajwad holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from Ort Braude College. 

Amit leads the global Product and R&D teams at Alpha Omega.

He brings with him over 25 years of experience leading multidisciplinary R&D and product development teams. He has been in the medical device space for 20 years.

Amit received his B.Sc. in Computer Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, and earned his M.Sc. in Computer Engineering from Drexel University, Philadelphia, PA.

Dima is a multidisciplinary lead, whose cross-departmental responsibilities include establishing new marketing strategies, collaborations with third parties, and maintaining worldwide sales forecasting.

Dima holds a B.Sc in Landscape architecture from the Technion, Israel, and she joined Alpha Omega in 2016. Since then she has had several positions in product, sales, and marketing departments

Efrat holds a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering & Biotechnology from Ben- Gurion University in Beer-Sheeba, and an MBA from Haifa University. Efrat also holds a Bachelor of Laws degree (LL.B) and is certified as a Lawyer by the Israel Bar Association.

Efrat has extensive experience in Quality and Regulatory Affairs Management, predominantly in the Medical Device Industry.  Efrat is highly experienced with worldwide registration processes of Medical Devices.

Eric got bachelor’s degree of Biomedical Engineering from Southern Medical University.

Joined Alpha Omega in 2016, With 12+ years experiences mainly in Medical Equipment sales, marketing, product management.

George Completed undergraduate studies in Biomedical Engineering at The Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, GA. 

George has more than nine years of experience in the neuromodulation industry. He took a leading part in many of Alpha Omega's new technology launches in the USA market

Inbal has joined Alpha Omega in 2021 bringing with her over 20 years of global experience in human resources including management training programs, employee development and aligning business objectives with HR needs.  Over her career, Inbal has served in several senior HR roles in the medical device, cyber security and the gaming industries.

Inbal is a licensed mediator and also holds a Master’s degree in Human Services from Haifa University and a B.Ed. degree from the Academic College at Wingate.

Mulham is Alpha Omega’s CFO since 1994.  

Before joining Alpha Omega, Mulham served as an auditor and tax planner for SMB’s within diverse industries in several CPA offices in Jerusalem, Haifa, and Nazareth. He also became a partner in Dibbini & Co.
Mulham holds a B.A. degree in economics and accounting from The Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Israel, and is a certified public accountant, he also holds an MBA from the University of Haifa, Israel.

Nabeel graduated from Technion Institute of Technology with B.Sc in Electrical Engineering.

Since 2016 Mr. Sakran is managing the R&D department in Alpha Omega. He has 34 years of experience in VLSI development, covering all aspects from product definition, architecture, design, silicon validation, and manufacturing. During his career, he worked in Intel and Apple and has vast experience in managing complex projects covering all development aspects.

Yousef began his career in Alpha Omega just after graduating from Technion Institute of Technology, Haifa.

Yousef began his career in the R&D and QA department in Alpha Omega, then later he was promoted to manage the European offices. From 2003 Yousef focused on the European market and in 2004 moved with his family to Germany to open the European branch.
