Preventive Maintenance

According to Alpha Omega’s Procedures, service should be conducted on Alpha Omega MER systems and its components every 25 cases or annually.

Instruction and/or case support will be provided for the next day. No clinical service is provided by this agreement

Rush Order Support Catalog Number: 114-000005-00

Must be added if the service is requested less than seven (7) business days prior to the inspection or surgery date

Confirmation Policy: A purchase order is required to confirm availability of equipment and support on surgery date.
Cancellation Policy: Any cancellations received within 48 hours of the surgery are subject to a cancellation fee of €1,500/$1,500.
